Well i still look 6 months pregnant. Kia karoooooonnnnnn. Continously breastfeeding. I thought gher k kam n bf will do the job n koi extra effort nai krni paray gi but now its time to get serious.

Did you get a belly bandit to wear after your delivery? My friend swears by this and she wore it continuously for three months.

I haven’t delivered yet bt I have a frnd who went bak to her pre preg weight within a couple of mths of her delivery by c sec. . She wears the belly belt thingy no idea how after c sec, walks for half an hr everyday and never touches anything cold like cold water drinks ice creams … evrythng she eats is cooked in desi ghee.. she lost arnd 10kgs in th first mth n the rest in th second.. I dont know if ill be that lucky

Google belly bandit. You can start some exercises if you have the time to. It takes time to lose the weight you gain over 9 months.
