Re: 5th ODI: Pakistan v South Africa on 29 Oct 2007 @ Lahore
Actually they have very similar SR
Dravid 71.22 (i.e. 71.22 runs per 100 balls faced)
Kallis 71.27
What I meant was that Dravid would have picked up the run rate with 40 overs up and 7 wickets in hand. Kallis was a little too late, SA could have reached 250 easily.

**Cricinfo:
**South Africa finish on 233 for 9. Smith will take that I suppose for he said that 200-220 was defendable but the pitch hasn't been very difficult to bat on. Shoaib's made a splendid comeback by taking 4 for 43. I'll be back in about 40 minutes for Pakistan's chase.

yaar 1 match doesn’t prove anything (he is a 1 match wonder anyways when it comes to comebacks :p). its the consistency thats required and shoaib is only consistent in breaking down or getting himself into troubles. tony is right in saying that shoaib puts himself ahead of the team and he needs to reassess his commitments and focus.

Yes his attitude could have been better over the years but there's no denying that he is a world-class bowler, a real match-winner, a real force and a real plus for any team. Only great players ever make such telling come-backs and this is not the first time that Akhtar has impressed on his come-back. He did this to SA in the second test in SA earlier this year and also against England in 2005
