[FONT=Times New Roman]Indians still have unfinished job in KarachiKarachi, February 18: The Indian cricket team, who have already wrapped-up the one-day series 3-1 in Pakistan, still have one unfinished job that is to win the fifth and final ODI at Karachi tomorrow.

After losing the three-match Test series 0-1, the visitors would like to end the tour on a winning note before facing a new challenge at home against England. The Indian team management must be complimented for not asking for replacement even after dashing opener Virender Sehwag was ruled out of the series due to shoulder injury as they had full confidence in their youngsters’ abilities and the youngsters did not let them down.
In fact, off-spinner Harbhajan Singh’s replacement Ramesh Powar is yet to play a game and should be doing so in the final tie tomorrow.
Youngsters like Yuvraj Singh, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Rudra Pratap Singh, S Sreesanth and Suresh Raina have come of age on this tour and the picture for India’s one-day future looks quite rosy as batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar and skipper Rahul Dravid, who has led from the front, are always there to help out the youngsters.
Their bowling spearhead Irfan Pathan seems to have settled in his new role as an all rounder of international class while Ajit Agarkar has shown more consistency and responsibility in the recent past.
The only worry the Indians may be having is the continued failure of Mohammad Kaif and Gautam Gambhir with the bat and Zaheer Khan with the ball. However, they are talented and mature enough to understand that they have to strike form fast otherwise they might lose their spots to youngsters who are breathing down their neck.

Coming back to the match, the visitors seems to enjoy chasing targets and if Dravid wins the toss then he will not hesitate to field first as their bowlers have gone from strength to strength in the last three matches of the series.
This could be the last chance for Gambhir to prove his mettle in one-dayers as he is sure to open the batting with Tendulkar. The rest of the batsmen, including out-of-form Kaif, should retain the same batting order while the bowling will have variety if Powar, who is also handy with the bat lower down the order, is played.
As far as Pakistanis’ are concerned they will be looking forward to reducing the margin of defeat. They might be able to do just that if they stick to their original batting line-up of sending their vice-captain Younis Khan at number three followed by their skipper Inzamam ul-Haq and Mohammad Yousuf.
However, their bowling looks really worn out despite the presence of the two Mohammads Asif and Sami.
