Looks like umpires are making up decisions on their own. Like when they realise they made a bad decision earlier, they try to make that up in the next appeal by giving wrong one..

umpires like ashoka desilva, ian gould, Bill doctrove are the reasons why review system should be offered in ODIs too, but as long as teams like australia, south africa and england will not suffer due to their umpiring its not going to happen.
