Subject line says it all: my brother has his nikkah in Lahore after Eid this year and I will be 5 months pregnant so need something appropriate for the weather, occasion that doesn’t draw too much attention to my belly.
I don’t live in Lahore so I would like suggestions for designers that can work with me over the Internet or where I can buy ready to wear.

If you think you might be showing a bit then I would go with a cut that has a bodice cut to just under the chest and then a skirt like lower section. Kind of like these but obviously you can do the same without a slit so it’s dress style rather than coat style. I have also seen shirts in the same style but shorter (around knee length) worn with slim trousers.
If you don’t want too much work, you can concentrate on fabrics and doing light embellishments to highlight instead. That would make the outfit easier to wear in the heat.
There is also this kind of style (or adaptations of) where you concentrate the work around the neckline and bust area. But I think it’s best for near full term when the bump is really big.
