I think we need this - for ourselves, and also the pessimists that are plenty in this world.
I’d like for us to make a list of all the GOOD things that Pakistan has to offer and all of its accomplishments. A tribute or motivator or whatever you want to call it:

Please add to the list with anything you feel can characterize Pakistan and Pakistanis positively. No restrictions.

Has made Islamabad - the modern international Capital of Pakistan
Has people like PCG & Pakpatriot and many more- who are the new generation of Pakistani's, who question the Mulla (hate) way of thinking.
Has a young population-and this can be harnessed to achieve a high rate of Growth (as long as education & health, gets a boost).
The new generation in Pakistan does not carry the same weight of hate towards Hindu's(as were the partition generation) and is talking of peace within the region.
Pakistan is realising it has more in common with SE Asia and less with the Arabs-and is moving towards that end.
The war on Terrorism is now being earnestly pursued in the home ground - and this may bring relif to the different Muslim sects in Pakistan.

bred like rats to become a nation of agricultural imports, labor export, traffic jams, frustration, unemployed youth, a life of mere existence, and muslims the Prophet pbuh would hardly be proud of

Co-ordinated and commanded the defeat of the Soviet Union in Afghanistan through order given to Afghan mujahideen - therefore playing a major role in the break-up of the Soviet Union.
Pakistani officers were also the first to order offensive strikes within the territorial borders of the USSR since Germany in World War 2 (Pakistan Army officers provided explosives, training and orders to Afghan mujahideen who infiltrated into te USSR and attacked targets there)

Well, this thread is a perfect example of why Pakistan isn't as far ahead as it could be. Despite the hurdles of having some terrible people of it as citizens and offspring of citizens as evidenced by this very thread, Pakistan has done a lot to push thru. Taaliyan for those who don't gripe and complain, but rather work for Pakistan's brighter tomorrow.

You should all stop defining yourselves through nationality or ethnicity, try achieving something and we can all help to make the world\pakistan a better place.
Pakistan has done lots of good in this world (even if people won't admit it) and it has also done some bad.
