President Obama honored LBJ last week on passage of the Civil Rights Act 50 yrs ago. He reminded the nation this benifitted not just blacks. But also Latinos women Hispanics Asians etc.
True that. Folks from all over the world can Practise their faith in peace. The irony is the minority immigration community encourages discrimination on grounds of orientation among other things. Those who speak against it are some in the gutter.

Finally President Obama lashed out at the Conservative party for its tactics of voter suppression. Melissa Perry in her weekend morning show in MSNBC had guests that spoke about voter suppression that is ongoing in several states. Obama called the GOP strategy of reducing voter turnout a position not of strength but of weakness.
50 years after the Civil Rights Act passage. And we are discussing voter suppression. That’s a shame.
