Is it better to buy one expensive plot (or flat or house) in an expensive area or is it better to buy a few plots (or flats or houses) in not so expensive areas?

I know someone here in the U.S.A who just bought 3 flats for 8 Lacs, 18 Lacs and 22 Lacs respectively. But then I also know someone who bought a single flat in clifton for 80 lacs.

Where in the Karachi you can buy an Apt for 8 lacs? No seriously, I my self is interested in buying something decent. Can you post the location where your friend bought the apt?

And check this by 40%. And some appt complexes have been vacated
by residents.

Buy 1 plot at a better location .It will serve the same or maybe more than what u expect.

Dont. Rents for commercial properties are not worth the hassle. Also with the trader mafia, it is next to impossible to get your shop vacated, unless you pay him a hefty sum in what is called goodwill.
