5 things your kids wish you knew about them:

After interviewing my 9 and 5 year old daughters, here’s a summary:

1. That I am a responsible child. I may not seem that way to you, but I try.
2. That I listen better when you talk to me with respect. Don’t forget I’m a little human.
3. That I don’t mind trying new foods but if I make a face it’s because I’m still getting used to it.
4. That I love the little things you do for me. If I forget to say thank you, it’s because I was in a hurry.
5. Please always try to understand me before you say mean things to me. You’re not always right, you know.

one thing I know our kids and every kid does ..

they forget and forgive easily, in a minute. You yell at them for an hour but come and give them a hug and they will forget about that yelling right away.

not always :( sometimes you can traumatize them... i still remember some daant's and am resentful lol.

Heck they will forget and forgive even if you do not give a hug to them they have a short term memory when it comes to parents and siblings.
