What are the top five things that you believe a prospective empolyer considers when hiring a new employee? Please explain yours reasons for each.

Also from the hiree perspective would these be different? why?

In which country? I assure you that employers in Dubai look at things very different from employers in Pakistan. Same with US, UK, Canada, etc. So which country are you in?

UK/US:
1) Knowledge of the Company's background - do your research!
2) Confidence get you far in interviews - employers can smell nervous candidates - doesn't help!
3) Good body language (presentation skills)
4) Excellent communicational skills - written and verbal

5) Qualifications WITH experience

and in pakistan.... a safarish gets you a little further.... lol
