Has anyone tried 5:2 diet?

Re: 5:2 Diet

A friend has and she highly recommends it. I myself like the idea, not to lose weight or go on a diet per se, but just as a cleansing tool. She's done it for a couple weeks, I'll ask her more about her experience.

have you tried yet?
