gul and rehman have been left out, i think leaving rehman out is kind of dumb since he was doing well, but maybe they didnt want too many spinners. Gul needed a rest but tehman should have been in team

basically they have tried to strengthen the batting in the absence of the three big guns but such a defensive mindset may cost them dearly.
Let's hope for the best.
A win for the Windies here would keep the series alive with everything to play for in Karachi. If Pakistan win here (unlikely though) there's every chance that most of the big guns may miss the next game, a dead rubber as well

anyone who has watched Pakistan cricket non stop since wc real fans like me, will remember that series against NZ at hope where hameed got 5 50's in a row, farhat got 4, and in the last ODI both scored big hundreds. Both of them were pretty good openers together, hopefully they will do what they did before!!

That was foolish of them. There was no real need to change the openers. They should have let Hafeez and Farhat open the innings. Afridi should have been sent at 1-down. I am not saying he would have succeeded there but that he's more likely to deliver during the power plays when the field is in
