So who decides the lineup of the selected 11. Like who decides who goes 1 down etc. Would it be Razzi in this case?

Whether Mr Inzmam plays or not I am sure he will have some say in selecting the final 11. Who ever the captain is in tomorrows game will be a 'dummy captain'.
