UHHH...yes. I did read your post. Thus the reason why I made my post. Let me dumb it down for people like you who do not have the ability to make elementary-school level connections.
You posted that all the profit will be going to the arab contractors, to which I replied that obviously it will be going to the contractors because it definitely would not be going to the government. If it were, than no foreign investor would be willing to invest since it will serve no purpose for them to essentially perform charity work.

wow, chill the f**k out, if better money would be payed to the employees that would work on the prject, and people who would be employed there, that would help refurbish pakistani economy. the money that these arabs are going to pay is very little.
and your the school-yard kid who made the assumption that i thought that money going to "gov't" would be helpfull, bro, our governemnt is really corrupt, the last thing i want is for money to go to pakistani governemnt, i would rather have money go to ordinary pakistani people
