I will start taking multi vits too
as the gum infection was due to lack of minerals and vitamins

good job ladies.. !! but ladies let’s keep in mind not to starve our self and have atleast 1200cal which is the minimum for healthy weight loss aswell as taking vitamins would be a great idea..

just saying because i fell sick last time got to a point where my b12 and iron got extremely low

and… weigh in for me tomrrow and i move on to level 3 for workout tomrrow
