In al-Saheeh, it was reported that Ibn Mas’ood (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “Allaah has cursed the women who do tattoos and those who have this done, the women who pluck eyebrows and those who have this done, and the women who file their teeth and change the creation of Allaah.” Then he said: “Should I not curse those whom the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed, when it says in the Qur’aan (interpretation of the meaning): ‘… And whatsoever the Messenger gives you, take it, and whatever he forbids you, abst

No, this is wrong, you can shape eyebrows also if you have too many hair. I mean if someone has so many hair that instead of 2, there is only one eyebrow all the way from left to right, what is that lady going to do? ...Plucking your eyebrow means that dont just pluck every hair off or go to extremes.
plucking means shaping them arched .....what u are saying TLK is in extreme cases where eybrow are falling in ur eyes etc... and yes may be it is allowed then only to make them "normal" Allah knows best.
we should refrain from posting our personal opinions or some knowledge which we have but we are not sure. It is best to quote people of knowledge to backup what we say so that we are not speaking from our hawa (desires).
1 - Plucking eyebrows is a sin - the text is very clear about this
2 - Removing some hair of eyebrows by cutting or trimming or shaping eyebrows - the scholars have differed some allowed in case of beautifying for her husband whereas others said it falls in the category of plucking.
3 - Removing hair from arms, legs, facial hair, between eyebrows then that is allowed.
