I only follow what Allah Almighty allows and forbids in the Qur'an and the Hadiths. He knows best so, I leave the reasons to Him for every Law that He created. I wasn't born to live for forever in this life so I'll only understand what I can in this short span of life.

I love Him like He should be and I fear Him like He should be.
He forgives people their sins if they ask for forgiveness and He unleashes His wrath on all those who anger Him.

If God didn't want you to question religion he surely wouldn't have created you with the ability to question things. wake up. I know God has made numerous threats in Quran to mankind in order to make sure that people obey Him. God and Satan are one entity.

I love learning. I read books on world's faiths, geography, evolution, history, politics, scientific discoveries, etc. Also, i'm hooked onto the Discovery channels.

The first Verse is about the future, when knowledge will disapear.
The second one's first half is about, sticking to the Muslim brothers while the second half of the verse is about the Hypocrite muslims.
Again Brother, I strongly advise you read the 'Tafsir', so you atleast have the basic knowledge about the Qur'an. Just looking at the translation will not make sense to you.*
