4 Provinces/hard to control population

I agree with pak-one - the BIGGEST problem in Pakistan is the CORRUPT ADMINISTRATION we have. It does not matter if we have a decentralised or centralised government if the SAME people are going to be running the show it wont change anything.

Parties who support more regional/provincial participation ie ANP, PPP, MQM have their own track records to look at. The PPP ignores places such as Badin, the MQM ignores the parts of Karachi where non-Urdu speakers are a majority and the ANP ignore southern NWFP/CHitral/Kohistan when it comes to development works.

What is needed is a fair and good government.

I support breaking down the provinces into smaller units because its a colonial hand me down. It may even alloow neglected areas to choose their future and stop smaller ethnics (NOT sindhis, seraikis, pashtuns, balochis) being swallowed by the larger ethnic groups.
