Three small parcel bombs exploded within minutes of each other. The first bomb exploded in the Crimes Investigations department at a police station, lightly injuring two policemen. A second went off at a provincial government office and the third at the Artillery Ground police offices, he said.

At the Crime Investigations office, a large pool of blood was on the floor, windows were shattered, and a table blown apart. Eyewitnesses said the bomb blew up in the face of the police official who opened.

The second bomb, which exploded at the provincial government office, appeared to be the largest. The bomb exploded as a security guard was attempting to open the parcel.

some groups want police to go high tech and not blindly open the parcels. they try to punish them for whatever reason and making a point here, if police is not safe ? no one else is.

Pakistani law agencies need vigrous training as criminals are not from "lalo khait" but they are fighting with international terrorists.

That makes it quite obvious its some prankster, or a third party, trying to capitalize on the worlds hatred for Islamic groups in general.

Most likely MQM bandits, or RAW, gunning for destabilization, before stabilization.

Postal Employee has been arrested!

PS, I don't think we should blame MMA without investigation. Name of MMA on the parcel could be a trick within and without Pakistan.

Yesterday[Oct 15] MMA calls for ties with the USA Source

Today[Oct 16], Bombs went off leaving behind a note from MMA. I don’t think anyone is really stupid enough to understand what is really going on.

Akif:

Isn’t MQM and PPP are making Govt. in Sindh Province?

funny how this did not make headline news on CNN repeated every 5 minutes.
