As per ICC Rules for reporting a bowler - Within a period of 21 days, the bowler will be required to work with an independent member of the ICC’s Human Movement Specialist panel. This will include the filming of his action under laboratory conditions and using latest technology opto-reflective techniques
Bajji was reported in Calcutta and can bowl within 21 days period after being reported.

I think they want to copy the way Yoyo and Younis were batting in the last test during their big partnership
The general idea is that taking singles removes the pressure of going for big hits. But then again with Inzi in the middle, I dont know how much you want to push for extgra runs.

because with even the new limit of 15 degrees, shoaib malik’s doosra is around 29 degrees and normal is around 19-21 degrees, which is way more than the relaxed new limit
harbhajan’s doosra is on the borderline near 15 degrees and thus is doubtful …
