can;t exactly say that for sure… they might just have been slow to make sure they make it to lunch without further loss.
The first hour hour after lunch will tell whether they’re playing for a draw or not.

This has been an eventful session especially because of the close calls that both Gautam Gambhir and Sehwag had early of the bowling of Razzaq and Sami respectively
Gautam Gambhir certainly seemed to have edged it and is extremely lucky to be there, however Sehwag didnt really edge it
As long as Sehwag was there, India seem to be going for the target though not really very hard, still the target was certainly in sight
After Sehwag departed, things have become sedate and at least as of now, it looks like the Indians are playing out for a draw
Gautam Gambhir made a error in judgement when he called Sehwag for a non existent single and then sent him back when Sehwag was half way down, Sehwag had no chance to make it

i wish we also have the same potentials as they have. As soon as Sehwag got out they changed their strategy and now playin for draw without takin any risk… BUT WE in the last game couldnt hold for too long even our greatest batsman inzi yoyo and younis couldnt handle the pressure and got all out… thats stupid.. we can score big innings but when we really needed to stay just in the crease we cant

Indian game plan - Break up the target into manageable tasks. The first would
obviously be to play out the first hour without loss of a wicket.reach Lunch time
with loss of one wicket tops and score around 80-90.That is spot on target.A second would
be to look to score 200 runs or thereabouts in 50 overs -- which, when you look
at it that way, is eminently manageable. And if India can get close to that kind
of score at that point in the game for the loss of about 2 wickets tops, then it
sets the game up nicely -- a further 153 needed, off 40 overs,with wickets in hand
and India can acutally think of pulling off the sort of win. the key man to acheive
this is Dravid. If Dravid gets out then all plans are dropped and plaw for DRAW.
