So, 65 overs left. If we give india 10 overs end of the day, leaves us with 55. SAY we get kumbal kumble out in the next 5 overs we have 50 overs to post 250. I say lets get into the one day groove.

please explain… what are these “10” overs and then “5” overs to India?

If nothing else pak should use the 50 over to sharpen their one day skills. Afterall our 4:0 record against india in one days should only be improved to 10:0 after this series.

okay, but with 120 runs lead now (assuming they score 13 runs or so in next 5 overs), how many can we score in 55 overs considering this is “Test” match we might be able to score ~190 runs (+120 of the lead = 310) which would be a very achievable score. I think we should consume all day today and 5-10 overs tomorrow morning.

I totally agree.This should be the approach. There is no big difference in loosing a series 1-0 or 2-0. It will make intresting Test match .

Yeah but with Sehwag in excellent form, 350 is not a big total in 90 overs. Unless we repeat the heroics of Tauseef and Iqbal Qasim once again on the final day in the KCG. :k:

But look at Sehwag’s 2nd inning record and also India’s dependence on Sehwag. If you get Sehwag cheaply by the end of day then it will be half job done. Indian wont be able to have good night sleep.

Abay tu soya nahi kia Well im just building on Amir Sohail’s argument that we have lost the series anyway if even we draw this game. So why not gamble a bit and put everything at stake.. and aim for a win. Atleast we will die a sher ki maut, instead of living on like a geedaR.
