Horrible batting line up, best batsman was supposed to be Azhar Ali who had ave of 44 and he flopped big time, other players only played in 1st inning or 2nd inning. Asad needs to be booted out regardless of his heroics in 2nd innings in different matches. Sarfaraz needs to give up Test match captaincy.

That is that. Resuming from an overnight 153 for 3, Pakistan have been dismissed for 273. Olivier produced a double-strike - removing Babar and Sarfraz off successive balls - and set SA up for an emphatic win inside four days. Shadab punched his way to 47 but it only served to reduce the margin of defeat. So, SA sew up the series 3-0. The celebrations begin in their camp. SA have leapfrogged England and NZ to second in the ICC rankings while Pakistan have slid to seventh.
This could easily be all Sarfraz’s match.
He caught 10 catches in the match.
He scored 50 in 1st inning.
He was supposed to stay on wicket with Shadab to carry it as much as possible and may be over the line.
As I had analyzed earlier they could have only won if Pakistani batsmen scored atleast half a century which none of them did. Not even one.
So overall its a bad Pakistani team for tests. Its been forever. Nothing is going to change till we find a whole new set of talent. Ofcourse we know that the new talent will never include likes of Fawad Alam. Hence the disaster.
And they were competing against very strong SA. Nothing to take away from their supremacy. They keep proving it against every team.

Don’t expect this bowling lineup to win matches if their speeds can’t pass over 140k+. These days you need speed, even Dale Steyn at 35 is so fast compared to these “world-class” bowlers like Abbas or Amir.
Even Junaid Khan is much better than these 2. Abbas can only do good on slow UAE pitches. In SA he can’t do much.
There are better batsmen out there but they not given chance. Even Shan Masood getting chance was a luck otherwise he would have sat on bench all 3 matches.
Mickey Arthur will ensure Pak can’t improve from here on. Cushy job and perks to last beyond WC ??

last we played 1 in 2017 CT . Before 1 in 2015 . Surprisingly before that we played 13 odi against SA in 2013
