Yesterday, Arun Lal wore a tie that had two lovebirds printed on it, stretched from head to tail. Today, he is supporting one which has giraffes on it. Arun Lal's ties have become a focal point of the com box, each spending a half-hour analyzing why he chose to wear what he did and what is the logic behind it.

Butt and Khan can make 200 each if they want to. There is nobody bothering them and wicket is suppose to behave similarly throughout Day 3.

pakistan will have to take a chance - its their prestige that is at stake
Avoid the follow on and then declare immediately… put the ball in india’s court, to have a result for this match. Then try to bowl out india, containing them at the same time, Target of around 375 to 400, in 4 or 5 sessions is extremely tough but not impossible.

seems like pak wants to get another FACE SAVING DRAW. this tuk tuk won't help them save the series. they have to take chances and risks. push up that RR to around 4 for most of the day and try to get as close to the follow on mark as possible.

That's the price of greatness - even small clothing choices become issues for public debate. Waisay, this match has been so boring (other than the first day) that the only saving grace for me is being able to listen to pearls of wisdom from my two favorite commentators. One day someone will make a tie with Aamir and Arun photos printed on it.
