3rd Test - India @ Pakistan in Rawalpindi - April 13-17

Taufeeq = Moron.

The biggest disappointment of the series.

Taufeeq is like Twilight zone. Getting out the same way again and again  :frowning:

It will be the FIRST EVER, series win that India will have (Fingers Crossed) and that too on Pakistan Soil.

Reason enough for me to dance.

DD, only way forward for us is to make wholesale changes in the management. the rebuilding BS doesn't cut it any more. How long have we been rebuilding for? the last 6 years? when are we going to have a team that can actually compete?

even now, there is only 2 days left. the Aussies would surely have batted their way to a draw here but then again their openers have a sense of responsibility. they know they're playing for their country and not for the entertainment of their muhallah wallas.

thank god the lbw was plumb (according to cricinfo). I sincerely hope pakistan doesn't get any bad decisions in this innings

Taufeeq has been a royal disaster the whole series. Good to see him continue the good word.

Well done, lad. May you continue in your wonderful ways.

Sambrialain Bhai,

I personally feel someone needs to talk to Taufeeq, his approach and attitude in this series has been of One Day Nature.

He needs to change that.

I'm a big fan of Taufeeq but he has shown some pretty worrying signs of not being able to line the ball up. I thought Pathan would give him trouble outside the off stump but to keep getting bowled and lbw is not good.

He's a good player of pace bowling but he doesn't like the ball that swings much. Not that many of our other batsmen do either.

Quite a sensible attitude I'd say. No need to start slaughtering the team on the back of one game. If we'd won the toss and bowled first who knows?

although trivial but - shouldn't it be Inzi at two down? I was kinda surprised to see Akmal ( unless he is night watch man)

Akbarkhan bhai,

Beautiful display of sportsmanship that.

yes, he is the nightwatchman. though in domestic cricket he happens to be a pretty decent bat.

Kumble in to bowl the last over.

I hope these two realize that they shouldn't attack him especially since it is the last over.

Not in Pakistan.

okay 49/2 at the end of day's play.

No need for a slaughter but we need to reexamine our commitment and the way we approach the match. I am at a loss to understand how you can lose by an innings come back strongly and then lose again. Shows lack of discpline.

We need better openers.

End of the play.
