Geraint Jones is to England what Sami/Iftikhar Anjum is to us. I was hoping they kept him in the team throughout the series, but unfortunately for us, that didnt happen, and here we have Chris Read now :(

In first inngs, Kevin Pietersen did not deserve his 100 after being out several times and now Strauss who was plumb, moreover the drop catches just kept piling up the desolation. Luck has not been on our bowlers side even though they tried their best. It is time for our openers to finally step up, Butt and Umer must have a 70+ opening standing for us to secure a draw. Their early departure will only put our middle order in more trouble. Inzamam’s return is in question and I do not know how long Yousuf and Younis will stay on the pitch. They already have scored 150+ runs in first inngs and its time others pitch in, starting from openers to Akmal and Faisal.
