Can someone from Lahore (for someone familiar with local weather) explain to me why is the day-night game starting at 11 AM local time? Then it would get over latest by 7 PM local time. Right? Then, how will this be a day-night game? I guess, it's dark in Lahore after 6PM or so....

^ The dew factor comes into play late evenings hence the idea is to finish the match before the dew factor kicks in

I think they are trying to catch evening crowd for the match i.e. come bit early from office. As well reduce the dew factor in second innings, where it was becoming very simple batting during last 20 or so overs of second innings. I think good decision, it takes away advantage of early morning to one team and dew for second team in the evening. Gives good conditions to both teams.........

During this season the dew factor comes into play in day night matches, so to prevent this they start the match at 11pm local time.
