I think it will be best for him to play his natural game while other batsmen remain bit more aggressive.

No he wouldnt have but with the cusion of Afridi down the order, middle order would have felt more confident.

Again, let us not over rate the performance by Afridi in the last match. It was more the sensible Afridi we hardly know of. That's why a "good performance" by him, which I believe can be performed by any other batsman of our team.

Okay can you kindly remind which player in our team has done that on consistent basis in our team? Razzaq used to do that. And thus far NO ONE else has done anything like Razzaq or Afridi. Afridi does that on rare basis but he still has done it on many occassions.
