This is what happens when you have no constitution within such an important organisation as PCB, when you have direct appointees who are answerable to no one other than Musharraf. The entire PCB set up must be revamped and there needs to be in place a system of accountability.

Update 2 - 4.30pm local time: We have confirmation that the West Indian innings has come to a close, and that the Duckworth-Lewis method shall come into play. We are still awaiting the specifics of this.

Very good and valid points.
The doping incident & the floodlights not working have made the jokers at the PCB the laughing stock of World cricket. I won't be surprised if there are more blunders and incidents in future especially when these jokers are in charge.

Well lights are on and match going to start now. Well that happened in South Africa few years back as well and match was called off, so its not only PCB or it doenst only happens in Pakistan.

Taylor to Mohammad Hafeez, 2 runs, fullish on middle and leg, worked away past midwicket, theres some confusion going for the second run, Ramdin moves in front of the stumps and flicks the ball to Taylor, who had already hit the stumps before he got the ball, in the end he desperately tried to pull the stumps out, but by then the batsman was safe
