3G data cards

Just realised how usefull this thing is… got one two months back (Thanks for the compnay, offered it free with line rental almost free for 1gb monthly usage). that time I didn’t realise how usefull this can be! now I can login from any where… even when I am in toilet for number2…
have you guys tried it yet …

Re: 3G data cards

so can you it as a lota?

Re: 3G data cards

I've been thinking about it but haven't been able to rationalize the $$ as i know i won't use it as much. More power to you KK.

Re: 3G data cards

I am not sure about the charges over there, but here its about £2.5 per mb. and Line rental £75 p/m for 1gb.

Gizzy :- :hoonh:

Re: 3G data cards

That depends on ther carier over here in the US. T-mobile charges $30 for unlimited, whereas Verizon is at $80 (they have other restricted rate plans too).

Re: 3G data cards

Yoou mean u have to get online while taking a crap? I mean how bad is your addiction man!?

Re: 3G data cards

Well, in the olden days ppl used to tuck the newspaper under their arm when going crapping, now we take the whole internet. I have wifi at home so its easy. I don't know where KK goes that he needs a roamable laptop. :)

Re: 3G data cards

No Tofu, I cant concentrate on #2 if I get online besides others may think im checking out pr0n :P

Re: 3G data cards

Re: 3G data cards

Re: 3G data cards

Yeah, plus Buy.com has a special where you get the card free if you sign up for a year with Tmobile. The card is Sony Ericsson GC79, with GPRS and 802.11b.

Re: 3G data cards

Ahan... but the roaming call charges will kill me...

Re: 3G data cards

You guys have t-mobile there too, right? They don't have similar deals there?

Re: 3G data cards

Yes we do have T-Mobile here, but not on 3G yet.....

Re: 3G data cards

Well, its GPRS here.
