Yes, this was slope and the bus was speeding but unfortunately breaks went off and it turned turtle equally due to failed breaks and overloading’, he opined.

I'm sorry that article is badly written ... it does not do justice to the topic being discussed ... I guess that is a small issue compared to the actual incident.

The problem is after investigating and blaming the school bus and the driver will the authorities make those roads safer so school trips can continue?

^ That is confusing there are more people harmed or killed than that were on the bus ... were other people in the area?

After looking bus condition its just miracle for those who have survived.
