Just get married to one with good basic credentials. Age difference in general is of no big concern.
However, this 22 year old needs more background check and some more info needed about him and yours to advise on this kind of marriage.
Why does he want to marry with such 'reverse age difference' of EDITED: 9 (not 11 as pointed out by ishaz) years in these days?
