According to you I suppsoe it is. Its not a faceless mob. As you yourself said there are witnesses. Find the witnesses, examine the evidence. If they can make case against 31 people who are apparently involved in Godhara, where are the investigations against the anyone of the thousands of rioters in so many of your riots?

Not according to me, according to an Indian court. Give me one example in your country or any other where members of the rioting mob (not their leaders) have been convicted and I will concede my point.

Otherwise I stand by my earlier point - investigation conducted and closed due to lack of evidence.
