Remember, google is your friend so when in doubt its best to research before you respond. An investigation has been carried out against the Narendra Modi (Gujarat Chief Minister) and Maya Kodnani (another minister). Kodnani was accused of leading one of the mobs and has been arrested with judicial proceedings going on. SIT could not find any evidence against Modi - very obvious since the charge against him was circumstantial i.e dereliction of duty.

When you claim that the entire Kashmir liberation movement is a sham, perpetrated by outside forces to malign and misrepresent India, then your not someone worth debating in any manner on the topic. Its just shows that your ignorant of the topic, and obviously biased. I could give you the same advice on Google, but no amount of evidence will convince you of the obvious.

Excellent. Good to see this Kadnani getting what she deserves. See, people can be investigated in riot cases. And im sure others will be also, if they investigate as thoroughly as they did the Godhara case.
