Then your police should offer those who saw and can come foward, protection. Thats not an excuse for letting murderers go scot free. Failure to investigate makes a mockery of your entire system. And how do you know their testimony doesnt involve corroborating evidence, if you dont do the investigation?!?!?!
If you could catch even a handful of people, that may lead you to find more. Its just a matter of resolve. These arent just people who went out and set tires on fire, these people went out murdered men women and children, they raped women, decapitated people! Currently these animals are walking your street freely.. The level of barbarity of these murderers deserves investigation. But to date, not a single person has been convicted! Yet in the Godhara incident you could find 31 culprits and find them guiltty!
Sounds suspicious to me…
