They have to do that because men don’t want to look at their sagging skin or wrinkles, and men would rather look at, I mean, HIRE, younger girls. The issue of gender discrimination and agism at the work place is a totally different topic. Keep laughing at them, but if they have no other way to feed themselves and they’re in it for the long haul on their own, and they HAVE to wear the make-up otherwise they are viewed poorly at their jobs, then that’s what they have to do.
