No, I didn’t say that… it was Bill O’Reilly this morning. I am paraphrasing.
I was listening to his radio show on my way to work and a caller called and said: “Mister O’Reilly, I think US can’t win the war on terrorism, because our one hand is tied behind our back. These democrats. They won’t let us do anything. Today I read a poll that said that 30% of the Americans think the terror warnings are bogus. How can we win the war against terrorism if 30% of Americans don’t take these terror warnings seriously”
Bill O’Reilly: “John, if I were you, I won’t worry about it. I think its good news that there are only 30% people who think these terror alerts are bogus, and you and I both know how important the terror alerts are. These are based on hard intelligence. Don’t you know that 30% of American are loonies any way. Any poll you look up, you will find that 30% people will always have a lunatic point of view. 30% of people were against going to Vietnam. 30% of the people were against attacking Japan in World War 2. If you look around your group of friends and make a list, you will find that 30% of them will be morons. I guarantee you that”
Nah, i'm sure there are alot more than that. I mean if they can rally around a stupid President who got most of the votes, then surely the figure has to be more than 30%.
I talk to Americans everyday, I don't think they have their own brains, they just seem to repeat what they hear on Rupert Murdoch's News Corps.
Whenever I think of Americans, the first picture that comes to my mind is, 'A Heard Of Sheeps'.

Here in America, sheep came in flocks, not "heards". My guess is that you might know sheep more intimately than most Americans do, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on that one.
^^
Not only that, but here in America, two or more sheep are still just "sheep." I've personally never ** "heard" ** of "sheep*s*."
I guess in the Dragon's world, he must have ** herd ** about sheeps, geeses, mouses, and all kinds of exotic wildlifes.
Back to the topic though, as one of the 30% of American loonies, am I part of a flock or a herd? Maybe neither. Loonies could come in gaggles I suppose.
