So much for free and fair elections. ECP’s secretary told in an official briefing to members of parliament that ECP has no record of 30 million plus unused ballot papers and it does not know where those ballot papers are !

Nope. Nawaz Sharif is angel. He can do no wrong. ECP is controlled by the Jewish lobby.
We are such an advance, non corrupt, law abiding democracy than rigging cannot possibly an issue. All the rigging allegations against Nawaz Sharif's government in the 90s was a grand conspiracy. When Fatima Jinnah raised an issue about rigging - she was simply being an Indian agent.

46 million voted, this amount which is about 75% of that is missing and ECP is relaxing instead of ringing alarm bells. It's for sure that the system is not working but they are still dragging their feet on electronic voting machines.

30 missing out of 115 million, do your maths. Over 25 percent ballot papers missing while the government parrots the same thing over and over that the elections were free and fair. PPP says that the rigging was technical, funnily enough this was the party which was leaving the office and put in a system to conduct the elections in the first place.

The biggest issue on voting day was to increase the voting time to 6 pm instead of 5, in most cases people didn't know about that and in other instances that was the time when fake votes started coming in.
