I also aim to drink 100 oz of water a day (which hasn’t been happening in Ramadan of course!)

I make a detox water (water, sliced cucumber, ginger, lemon & mint) by filling a drink dispenser with water and the above items and keep it in my fridge to infuse. I aim to finish the entire dispenser in one day. It’s an amazing detox that gets rid of the bloat and keeps me hydrated
