Re: 30 days no sugar
I use the my fitness pal app, you input all your meals/recipes etc daily and it computes your caloric intake, and breaks down the macros.
Yes, hair loss was a huge issue for me. I’ve been on a whole cocktail of HRT on and off ever since I was diagnosed with my fertility issies. This past year I stopped taking all the meds except my low dose estrogen and have concentrated on diet and lifestyle change only and it has helped immensely. I do not snack while watching tv, that is my biggest downfall and when I crave salty carby snacks, so I just don’t do it.
I have found that by having a protein rich proper breakfast and by staying properly hydrated throughout the day I’m not really that hungry. For people with PCOS it’s very important to not skip meals or go more then 3-4 hours without eating because when your blood sugar drops or you go on a snack binge and it spikes that’s where the problem lies. When I do need a quick snack or pick me up I have a either a handful of raw almonds, half of a small avocado, cucumbers or some string cheese.
