You can read as many Surahs' as you like in your Rakaah.
However each Surah must be atleast 3 Ayaats long. Ayatul-Kursi cannot be read alone as it is ONE Ayaat, so you can combine it with any other Surah to read during one Rakaah.
I will confirm about "reciting bismillah before each one of them" from a scholar but one thing we should make sure. The order / sequence of those surahs should always be the same as mentioned in the Quran. For example, we can not recite surah-nas before surah falaq, or surah falaq before surah ikhlas...
I have confirmed that from a hanafi scholar. We may recite many surahs in one rakah (keeping the sequence the same) as Hazrat Usman (r.a) and other Sahaba used to do so. It is preferable to recite Bismillah in the beginning of each of them, but it is not a compulsion. Also it is allowed to recite one ayah instead of a surah, thus reciting Ayat-al-Kursi is also allowed to be recited instead of a Surah.

u cannot combine ayat-ul-kursi with any other surah,,,,
it is a part of surah baqara and unless u have memorized the whole of baqara (or the part after the ayat-ul-kursi) u cannot combine it with the next surah (which is aal-imran),,,
but u sure can recite ayat-ul-kursi alone....
also it is allowed to recite more than one surah in one rakaat as is proven from sahih ahadith....

Yes I was told the same thing that order of surah must be maintained in salat but as we know, the Quran was placed in order much later than the prophet (SAW) time.
Was it recited in salat in the same order, before it was compiled?
Interesting answer. I am only questioning/learning about the order of surah not the contents.
Quran was revealed over several years. Part by part.
First Iyat is not the first in the Quran as it is present today.
Not possible to have Quran recited in SAME order BEFORE it was compiled by Hazrat Umer (RAA) or even Hazrat Abu Bakar (RAA).
Even during the days of Hazrat Abu Bakar (RA) Surahs were not in order. Verses were rememberd as in succession and continuous chain. And each Surah was written separately.
When Zayd Ibne Taabith was asked to write down an authentic Quran from his and other people’s memory, different items where it was written, he asked why do U want to do it when the prophet (SAW) himself did not do.
Well the discussion will go too far if we keep going.
All I wanted to mention that recitation of Surah in order is good as they are but it could not have been done prior to its compilation.
Even people from different areas were reciting differently and hence Huzayfa Ibne Yamaan had to go to Umer (RAA) to make one authentic copy to be distributed to various places.
( 5 or 7 copies were then made one was kept in Medina)
