family comes first indeed, but does that mean you go for the easiest path? let me explain.. you can go for the easiest experience, but in the long term it may mean you are not as equipped in your field as others and thus may not get the best jobs, and have less of an ability to write your own ticket.

so pick whatever will allow you to be able to write your own ticket in future, and thus be better able to put your family first.

Think longer term, versus short term.

theres no shortage of jobs for pharmacists....ive had 4 offers now....and 2 interviews in a couple of days. im spoilt for choice.....
