3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

ok heres 3 options that I have and I need help choosing. ive had 3 job offers and i need help deciding which to choose. bear in mind that the purpose of this job is training and to become fully qualified in my field.

Job A:
pay is £8.30 an hour
tutor seems like a nice person and supportive.
tutor is very organised. has called me up many times to tell me about the job and the details and forms needing filling in etc.
he says he’ll be flexible with the hours i want to come …so if i want to come in late and finish late or come early/finish early its up to me and will have study time every day.
i would only have to work mon-fri. overall he’s very flexible.

Job B:
pay is £6.94 an hour
tutor is very business minded and very busy so wont have much time to teach me if i need help etc. says i may have to do tasks that other workers do…such as hoovering  cuz if he can do it then anyone should be able to …if the need arises.
he says i will only have to work 4 days a week…and have 3 days off in a week to study for the exam at the end of the training. says people who have worked with him have found work after this training very easy…cuz he taught them properly.

Job C:
pay is £6.97 an hour. they have a structured training program…but this also means they have tight schedules for things. means i’ll have to work alot harder during the year and do presentations/audits etc. and complete some set courses etc. its a bigger company than the other two above and i havent yet met the person who will be my tutor…so dont know how he/she will be like.
says i have to work mon-fri and also some saturdays on a rota basis. says i will have 4 hours a week to study…and they have alot of books that i can use.
also says i have to get a high class of degree to get the job otherwise i wont get it. so after i graduate…if i dont get the high level of degree…it means they wont accept me…seems to be very strict with deadlines and requirements.

im confused…which job offer should i accept?
if it was you in this case…which would you accept?

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

what is your goal.
think about it before you answer.

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

the higher pay:clown:

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

my goal? to become a qualified and competent person in my field. learn as much as I can from the experience and also enjoy it at the same time. also dont want a job/experience that will be too stressful...cuz for me family always comes first.

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

Job A.

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

Always choose a job which aligns with your passion. That means you like it. When you like a job you choose, you perform well and that brings monetary gains.

Huh? Talk about being non descriptive.

Let me put it this way, what JOB are you debating over. What will you be DOING? So far you've made it very difficult for anyone to guide you. Until you dont tell us your education, and your future aspirations (and by this, saying you want experience in your "field" wont help - what's your field!).

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

you couldve asked in a nicer way..

anyway the field is pharmacy....and all 3 jobs are the same in terms of "job title"

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

Impulse, I know this is off-topic but I'm just curious, what are the common wage rates of licensed pharmacists currently in the UK? In Toronto, for example, they earn from 38 to 45 bucks per hour depending on location and if they aren't bound to a contract.

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

family comes first indeed, but does that mean you go for the easiest path?
let me explain.. you can go for the easiest experience, but in the long term it may mean you are not as equipped in your field as others and thus may not get the best jobs, and have less of an ability to write your own ticket.

so pick whatever will allow you to be able to write your own ticket in future, and thus be better able to put your family first.

Think longer term, versus short term.

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

theres no shortage of jobs for pharmacists....ive had 4 offers now....and 2 interviews in a couple of days. im spoilt for choice.....

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

the game...as with any job theres no set common wage as theres so much variety in the job and so many different fields you can go into. I would say its around the same as it is in Toronto......I havent fully researched it myself yet.....but as far as I know, its similar to the rate ur saying...

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

in that case if it is just a mere formality that you need to get thru, go for the easiest route, why waste the effort when its not going to really mean anything.

Re: 3 OPTIONS: which should I CHOOSE?

its not just a formality....it is an important year for my career....so I suppose I should go with the one with the best training. ive still got 2 interviews left....will decide what i want to do after i have had them.
one other one called yesterday too but its abit far so i'll reject that before interview stage.
