Re: 3 D TV

If its not insanely expensive I want it.

Not very expensive , a 42-inch set selling for about $1,000 and a 50-inch set selling for more than $2,000

Re: 3 D TV

I think I can live with 42"

are they out for sale?

Re: 3 D TV

sorry haven't checked out the links posted but I heard some fleeting news on the radio this morning about people reporting illness as a result of watching Avatar and it's intense graphics.

this is the first time I have heard of people actually getting headaches and nausea resulting in vomitting from a movie......

is this common?

Re: 3 D TV

You mean after watching AVATAR in threater?? or on 3d TV?

Re: 3 D TV

Avatar is not out on DVD so I am sure Muzna is talking about in theatre.

I saw that movie this frday and I did not feel any headache, but I was in a regular 3D theater. I am sure that if you watch it in IMAX 3D, image and graphics must be overwhelming, that could cause a headache.

Ok we have a real HUGE IMAX here, I am sure watching avatar there can make ppl scream and throw-up.
Because opf all those scenes where you can feel your self elevated.

Re: 3 D TV
