For fried chicken I always follow this recipe

Soak the chicken in vinegar for half an hour

In the flour, add salt, laal mirch powder, kali mirch powder

Coat the chicken in the flour, dip in egg, coat it in breadcrumbs and then fry it.

Tastes yummy.

If you dont have breadcrumbs then freeze a few slices of bread in the freezer, take it out and put it through the blender to make it into crumbs.

You can skip the Vinegar part if you dont have time, but putting it through vinegar first makes it cook faster.

You can control the amount of laal mirch to make it spicier or keep it mild.

Now I want some chicken :(

^do you use all purpose flour?

pareezay, yes just the normal regular flour used for baking and whatnot.

No special one.

To give it more of a flavour you can also add dried Oregano to the flour.

This is so late but you can mix it with cream and then with fruit.

Get a tub of thick cream and blend the condensed milk in it.. crush digestive biscuits and line a flat pan with it.. cut-up banana's and sprinkle over the biscuits..and lastly layer the cream mixture!

Halumi cheese will make great pakora's.. keep the slices fairly thin!

I marinade steamed chicken in hot sauce or peri peri sauce along with crushed chilli flakes... roll them in seasoned flour, then egg and then a mixture of breadcrumbs, crisps and fry on shallow heat!

best of luck!
