You could start by getting rid of all the bottles during the day and only giving one at night and then gradually phasing that out. But this is a hit or miss approach because as long as she knows she can get a bottle at night, she’ll keep refusing to drink milk from a cup.
Usually what works is getting rid of all the bottles entirely and taking a cold turkey approach. She might not even drink milk for a week or so but once she realizes there are no bottles, she’ll take the cup. Also since she’s two, it’s ok even if she refuses to drink milk for a week or two. The goal is to make sure she gets enough calcium in her body and that can be done through yoghurt, cheese, leafy green vegetables such as spinach, kale etc.

I just went trough this with my daughter.
Take away her bottle. Hide them all/Throw them away. Don’t give in to her tantrums! She’ll want her bottle back cause of the attachment she has to it. She’ll be fine in a couple of days. Chances are she won’t want to drink any milk in a cup, don’t worry and don’t lose hope .. she’ll come around!

Another user posted something similar, and I have seen this work: Show her the bottles when the are dirty. Tell her they are yucky and that we are putting them all away. Put them in a trash bag – let her help you. Then take her to the store to pick a new cup (or if you already have new cups, present them to her in a special way and let her choose one. It will be a little harder because you have a smaller child still taking the bottle, just be consistent.

aw thats sort of cute. But its important you stop her using the bottle as it can eventually lead to her teeth being deformed by not being lined up straight.

Yeah just get rid of all d bottles in d house, tell her she’s a big girl now & she’ll need to drink frm a cup/glass frm now on. You’ll also notice her eat well after gettin rid of d bottle too.
