Apart of being consistent and played solid innings without much chances, amonst team Pakistan selected for test, Sarfaraz has higher first class average than all, except Yunis and Misbah. Other thing is that, Sarfarz strike rate in last two test was higher than all Pakistani players. In this inning, Sarfarz strike rate is over 80 (something only couple of Pakistani players have even in ODI).

So, with higher average, higher strike rate, more consistent than most Pakistani ODI squad, is it not surprising that Sarfarz is not playing ODI … just because we love provincialism, parchi, nepotism, bradarism and so on?

Agreed. On the basis of his performance Sarfraz should be 1st choice wk in the ODIs as well

He has scored 344 runs in 4 tests this year (has one more innings in this test) at a very healthy average of 57.33 and SR of 70+
