i think considering fifth days pitch condition and record pakistan should try and bat atleast till lunch on day four if not tea, that will give them a lead of 300+, and then they can put real pressure on india to bat five/six sessions or loose, average score on fifth day on this pitch is not very good and we should take advantage of it …

This suggests the pitch offers something to the bowlers early on, then settles down into an excellent batting track, and then aids the bowlers again on the final day. That’s almost the perfect Test wicket isn’t it? )

I hope they will continue in a similar fashion and Pakistan will manage to take lead in the first innings.
If we take a lead of 250-300 then Pakistan may not have to bat last on this track and Gangs decesion will fire back.
Both batsman on crease and the batsman to follow have to play good innings because the wicket will not be a batting paradise on day 4 and 5.

Hahahaha… Gosh… aray you think Pakistan will make 700 runs? Come on.. give me a break. This match is heading for a draw. Even if we get a lead, there is no way our frugal bowling resources will force a decision in our favor. I have said it before and I will say it again, its our batting which can make the difference between draw and loss. They can not make us win. Its our bowling that has to take 20 wickets. Unless the pitch cracks up really badly on the fourth day, forget any kind of result.

Faisal, I don't know who to believe any more. Your horses for courses theory would have eliminated both Yunis and Yoyo. ;)
I think Danish and Afridi can run through the indian batting line up in the second innings. It's the first innings I was always worried about but we have already done that.
