^^ I'm not that myopic Captain1 - I try to look at the big picture... one match doesn't say much - its only a case in point... could be an anomaly... could be uncharacteristic.

I am a sorta kinda Rana fan too, and I very much appreciate his bowling skills and his fighting spirit but so far I am disappointed in his “Test match” cricketing skills. Australian pitches were suited for pace/swing where he couldn’t do much damage, in Mohali Balaji and co were getting much swing but our Rana couldn’t

It's nice that Younis is getting another chance. But I really do think both Butt and Taufeeq should be dropped. Bring in Yaasir and Afridi. And if Rana is out we will need to put in Khalil. We can not play with one fast bowler, That's just plain stupid.

Razzaq bowls at same speed as Khalil, so not much of gain there.

You are going to get Razzaq to bowl with Sami. And how many spells is he going to bowl? So basiclly 4 bowlers again. 2 med/fast and 2 spinners? I guess it can work if the pitch isn’t grean like the reports say.
Inshallah this time we will win. If only we can fix our top order.

Well, he did induce a few caught/behind and slip chances, which I have no confidence in Razzaq doing…Furthermore, he could bat a bit…I would persist with him over Khalil…

i don't understand the pakistani management, why is younis playing??? he can't bat , bowl, or field. i'll do a better job than him :). bring in shoaib malik, that guys an awesome fielder and definetly a better batsmen. maybe not in technique but he fights!

Well in a few hours we will know what the final Pakistani line up will be. I just hope that despite all that has been said here Afridi is not there. He is not a test player.

i just came across inzi's interview he suggested only 2 changes will be made. 1 in top order and 1 in lower order. lower order i reckon is certainly khalil for rana.
