When pakistani batsmen initiated .. compared to how Pakistanis reacted in last match, they made the situation much more awkward for pakistan.

U can play either Afridi or S Malik not both of them in a test match.

Second Test Conclusions

So what do you guys think?
Personally, I would say:
1. Don’t overreact, the boys played hard and are closing the gap with India.
2. Taufiq Umar is not an international quality batsman. He is a tried and tested failure. He should be dropped from the team and shouldn’t play again until he proves himself first in domestic cricket and then with the A team. Yassir Hameed or Butt are better suited to play in the next test.
3. I will resist the temptation to criticize Younis Khan for the way he got out today. He played hard and had a good knock in the first innings.
4. Afirdis cameos are impressive, but if you want to play him, he should bat lower down the order. A test opener should be able to play a day if needed. His shot selection does not fit this role. Opening with him is asking for trouble.
4. The bowling at this stage is not sufficient to bowl the Indians out. I don’t see the point in playing Mo Khalil as a specialist pacer when he bowled a total of like 20 overs in the test. A truly idiotic move in selection. Play Arshad Khan. If not recall somebody else like Shahid Nazir, Rao or Mo Irshad. Don’t play a guy you don’t trust to bowl.
4. Finally some of the Indian players showed fine performances. Namely Dravid and Kumble. Credit where due.
Lets hope for the best in the next test..........
